Description
The active substance in Zomed 2.5 mg tablet is letrozole. This medication is classified into the category of aromatase inhibitors that work by reducing the production of estrogen in the body. This is a prescription drug.
Breast Cancer: It is used for treating some types of ZOMED 2.5 MG breast cancer in postmenopausal women (women who have completed “the change” and do not experience menstruations anymore). Fertility: In rare cases, it is prescribed off-label for stimulating ovulation in infertile women.
It should be administered orally, usually once per day. Take the drug ZOMED 2.5 MG TABLET PRICE IN PAKISTAN with or without meals. Swallow it whole with a full glass of water.
Contraindications: This drug should not be taken if you are pregnant, lactating, or if there is a chance that you can become pregnant. Letrozole may cause osteoporosis over the long run. Regular monitoring of bone density is required. Side effects are mostly associated with menopause and include hot flashes, weakness, headaches, and joint/muscle pain.
