The most crucial thing that our clients frequently forget to do when utilizing it is to drink enough water throughout the day. Without enough fluid the fiber swells in the wrong place.

How Long Can You Use It

Laxatives are short term tools and Agiolax is no different. One to two weeks is the general window. 

Using it longer than that without talking to a doctor is not something we advise because the bowel can start relying on external stimulation instead of working on its own. 

If constipation keeps coming back after stopping, that is a conversation to have with a doctor, not a reason to keep taking the granules indefinitely.

Who Should Be Careful

People with intestinal obstruction, difficulty swallowing or unexplained abdominal pain should not use Agiolax without medical advice. 

Take it at least two hours apart from any other medication you are on because the fiber can affect how other medicines absorb. Not recommended during pregnancy without a doctor’s clearance.
