Description
Testoviron depot (commonly available as 250 mg/ml) is an androgenic and anabolic steroid drug, mainly prescribed as part of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) aimed at restoring testosterone levels in the body of a man who fails to produce it in adequate amounts. As a result, such symptoms as poor sexual desire, fatigue, impotence can be eliminated.
Active Ingredient: Testosterone enanthate (slow-acting ester of natural testosterone) . Excipients: Formulated in oily solution containing virgin castor oil and benzyl benzoate .Appearance: Clear, yellowish oily solution.
Male hypo gona dism: Applied as a form of hormone replacement therapy in males suffering from testosterone injection . Deficiency has to be proved in two blood tests .Delayed puberty: Given to teenage boys to initiate puberty under strict control of specialists .Others: Used rarely to treat certain forms of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women, and sometimes to treat male infertility.
Mode of administration: Given via deep intramuscular injection (preferably to gluteal muscles) .Frequency: This drug is slow-acting and the injection is usually repeated every 2-4 weeks according to individual hormone levels.
Adverse reactions and warnings Common adverse reactions are acne, oily skin, alo pecia, headaches, changes in libido, injection site pain and irritation. Fluid retention (edema ) is possible that is why.
