Description
Tofacent 5 mg tablet is a prescription drug that is prescribed to manage autoimmune disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. The active ingredient of this medication is tofacitinib that works by inhibiting signaling of specific enzymes known as Janus kinases (JAKs). As a result, immune system becomes less active, thus helping reduce pain and swelling in joints as well as inflammation of bowels.
