Grat 320 mg is indicated in order to fight against GRAT 320MG TABLET IN PAKISTAN various bacterial infections such as.
Community-acquired pneumonia.
Acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
Acute sinusitis.
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) and acute pyelonephritis.

The mechanism of action is related to the ability of the drug to prevent two important bacterial enzymes-DNA gyrate and DNA topoisomerase IV from working properly. This leads to the death of bacteria and inhibition of bacterial infection proliferation.

Adult Standard Dose: 320 mg once a day; normally treatment is administered for 5 to 7 days.

Directions for Usage: It is necessary to take the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water. This pill can be taken with or without meals.
