Citalo 20 mg is an antidepressant medication. The active substance of this medication is Citalopram Hydrobromide. Citalo belongs to SSRIs – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors.

DOSE AND TAKING The starting dose for adults is 20 mg taken daily. TIME FRAME OF ACTION It takes 2-4 weeks to get used to the medication and to feel its effect. SIDE EFFECTS Common: nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness, or dizziness. NEVER STOP USING IT SUDDENLY. Abrupt cessation may cause headache, dizziness, or anxiety, which should be managed only by gradual decrease in the dosage.
