How to Take It
Always take Nilosigna capsules on an empty stomach. Do not eat anything for at least 2 hours before and 1 hour after taking the medicine. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not open, crush or chew. Don’t eat grapefruit or grapefruit juice while you’re being treated with this cancer medicine because it can affect how the body reacts to the drug.

Your dose will depend on your medical condition, age, and treatment plan. The children’s dose is determined by body surface area. For children, the dose is calculated by body surface area.
