Bosmon 62.5mg tablet

Bosmon 62.5mg Tablet consists of bosentan monohydrate, an endothelin receptor antagonist produced by Hilton Pharma for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). This drug acts by dilating pulmonary blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, and increasing exercise tolerance.
