Description
Clob 10 mg tablet is an anxiolytic benzodiazepine containing 10 mg of clobazam,
designed to treat anxiety, epilepsy, and Clob 10 mg tablet price acute insomnia.
It functions by enhancing Anxiety GABA-mediated inhibition in the central nervous system, Clob 10 mg which helps to stabilize nerve activity.

Clobazam potentiates the effect of an endogenous brain neurotransmitter known as GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid). This results in a soothing effect, stabilises brain electrical activity, and helps alleviate the symptoms associated with anxiety or convulsions.
Anxiety: Alleviation of severe, acute, or chronic anxiety, tension, and irritability. Epilepsy: For use as an add-on therapy for seizures. Sleep Disorders: For use in cases where sleep disturbances are a result of psychological distress.
Adults: Standard dose for treatment of anxiety ranges from 20MG daily and will be adjusted based on patient needs.Methods of Usage: It can be taken either in one dosage at night time or in divided dosages during the day.Importantly,
usage period is relatively short (should not exceed 4 weeks without reassessment). It should be tapered off slowly to prevent withdrawal effects and increase in seizures.
Possible Side Effects: They include feeling sleepy, being tired, dizzy, weak muscles.Intake of Alcohol.
Intake of alcohol should be prohibited because it enhances the drug’s sedative properties in blood.Contraindications: Patients suffering from myasthenia gravis, severe liver impairment, and severe sleep apnea are not suitable for this medication.
Pregnancy/Breast Feeding: Contraindicated during pregnancy (especially late phases) and while nursing due to its adverse effects on infants.
