Description
Havocol is an additive containing both active Vitamin B12 (Methyl cobalamin) and Folic Acid. It is commonly administered to cure deficiencies, maintain neurological functions, and manage peripheral neuropathy (even diabetic neuropathy) and megaloblastic anemia.
Peripheral Neuropathy: Relieves painful sensation, tingling, and HAVOCOL TABLET numbness in the extremities. Vitamin Deficiencies: Cures Vitamin B12 and Folate deficiencies. Anemia Management: Acts as an adjuvant for megaloblastic and macrocytic anemias. Antenatal Uses: Can be prescribed as a pre-natal vitamin to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
Methyl cobalamin: The biologically active form of Vitamin B12. Plays a significant role in the production of the myelin sheath (protecting the nerves), axon regeneration, and RBC formation. Folic HAVOCOL TABLET IN PAKISTAN Â Acid (Vitamin B9): Functions together with B12 to replicate the DNA strands and correct defective erythropoiesis (RBC production).
It should be swallowed completely and with a glass of water. Can be taken either before or after meals. Dosage is as per prescription of the physician/healthcare professional.
