Description
Ponaxen 15 mg tablet are targeted cancer drugs which comprise ponatinib as an active substance. The drug is used for adult patients with certain kinds of blood cancers (namely CML and ALL) resistant or intolerant to other tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML): Adult patients in the chronic, accelerated, or Ponaxen 15mg tablet price in pakistan blast phase with resistance/intolerance to other TKIs or having the T315I mutation.
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL): Adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome positive ALL and resistance/intolerance to other TKIs or having the T315I mutation.*Dosage: Usually prescribed once a day. 15 mg dose is often used as a maintenance therapy after reducing from the initial 45 mg dose or in case of hepatic impairment.
Blood Clots & Cardiovascular Issues: Causes a risk of developing blood clots, heart attack, stroke, and serious narrowing of blood vessels. Liver Toxicity: Can induce severe hepatotoxicity or increase levels of liver enzymes. Other Significant Warnings: Can lead to the development of pancreatitis, severe hemorrhages, hypertension, and myelosuppression.
