It is used once-daily for 12 weeks to treat all six genotypes of Velpaget 400mg/100mg tablet online chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in adults and children aged 3+
Each tablet contains Sofosbuvir Velpaget 400mg/100mg tablet in pakistan Sofosbuvir 400mg (a nucleotide analog
HCV NS5B polymerase inhibitor) and Velpatasvir 100mg (an NS5A inhibitor).
Velpaget (Sofosbuvir + Velpatasvir) is indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 infection in adults:
Without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis.
With decompensated cirrhosis in combination with ribavirin.
Velpatasvir: Velpatasvir is an HCV NS5A inhibitor that blocks the HCV NS5A protein necessary for RNA replication and assembly of the viral particle. Resistance selection and cross-resistance data suggest that the mechanism of action of velpatasvir involves inhibition of HCV NS5A.
The recommended dose of SOVALDI is one 400 mg tablet once daily with or without food [see Clinical Pharmacology.
